Production time is confirmed for each design before you order. Share your delivery country and any deadline so we can discuss the timing with you.

Confirmation & returns

We confirm your custom piece with you before dispatch. After dispatch, genuinely personalized or custom-made pieces cannot be returned because you change your mind. This does not affect your rights if the item is faulty, damaged, incorrect or does not match the agreed design or description, or any other rights required by applicable law.
