Dispatch Location and Processing Time

We ship from Shenzhen, China. In-stock orders require 3–4 calendar days of preparation before dispatch. Processing time is separate from transit time.

For custom-made jewelry, the preparation schedule is confirmed with you individually before dispatch.

Free Standard Shipping

We offer free standard shipping to the United States, United Kingdom, Germany and Singapore on every order containing at least one item, with no minimum order value. We cover the standard outbound shipping cost.

For all four destinations, estimated transit time is 5–8 business days after dispatch. Please allow an additional 3–4 calendar days for preparation of in-stock orders.

Other International Destinations

For other international destinations available at checkout, the standard shipping charge is CNY 80. The equivalent amount may be displayed in your checkout currency. Available shipping options and the final shipping charge are shown at checkout.

Delivery Estimates

Transit times are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates. Customs clearance, public holidays and carrier delays may affect delivery.

Calendar days include weekends. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.
